This page explains how to request deletion of applicable personal data or an account for any app published by Jayshil Mahadev Deshmukh. What can be deleted depends on the app: fully offline apps keep data only on your device (uninstalling and clearing app data removes it), while account-based or cloud-connected apps may hold server-side records.
1. How to Submit a Request
- Email contactus@mdtechnology.online with subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include: app name and version, Android version, the email/account identifier used in the app (if any), and what you want deleted (account, support messages, specific records).
- For offline-only data, first clear the app’s storage and uninstall — no server request is needed.
2. Verification
To protect your privacy, we verify ownership before acting (e.g. reply from the requester address, order or account identifier, or in-app confirmation). We may ask for the minimum additional proof needed and nothing more.
3. Processing Timeframe
We acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified deletions within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days, subject to the exceptions below. Complex or legally constrained requests may take longer; we will explain why.
4. What Happens After Deletion
- Applicable personal data and account records we control are deleted or anonymized.
- Uninstalling stops further collection by that app on that device.
- Backups, if any, are purged on their rotation cycle.
5. Exceptions and Retention
Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law — for example security and fraud-prevention logs, accounting and purchase records, dispute evidence, or data under a legal hold. We do not claim every byte can always be deleted immediately; retained data is minimized, access-controlled, and kept only for its lawful purpose and period. See Privacy Policy §§6–7.
