This Privacy Policy is the central, reusable privacy framework for Android applications, software, products, and services operated or published by Jayshil Mahadev Deshmukh ("Developer", "we", "us"). It is designed to be linked from Google Play Console for multiple apps. Actual data practices may differ between applications. Where an app collects, shares, or retains data differently because of its features, permissions, target audience, payments, or platform requirements, the app's Google Play listing (including its Data Safety section) and any app-specific disclosure control for that app.

Wording rule used throughout: "depending on the features and functionality of a particular application, we may collect…" We do not claim collection that does not occur.

1. Scope and App-Specific Differences

These terms generally apply to apps published by Jayshil Mahadev Deshmukh. Certain applications may have additional or app-specific disclosures where required by the app's features, permissions, data practices, target audience, payment functionality, applicable law, or platform requirements. Example: a fully offline utility collects and shares essentially nothing, while an ad-supported or cloud-connected app may process identifiers, diagnostics, or account data as described below and in its Play listing.

2. Information We May Collect (Depending on the App)

Personal information you provide: name, email, or message content when you contact us or create an account (only in apps offering accounts or support forms).
Account and contact information: sign-in identifiers where an app offers accounts, sync, or premium features.
Device information: device model, OS version, app version, language, and settings.
Device identifiers: Android Advertising ID or app-set identifiers, primarily in ad-supported free apps for advertising and measurement.
IP address and approximate location: inferred from network data by the OS, ad, or cloud providers; we do not collect precise GPS location unless an app expressly requests that permission and discloses it.
App usage information: features used, session counts, and in-app events (only in apps with analytics).
Diagnostics and crash logs: crash reports and performance data used to fix bugs.
Payment and subscription information: processed by Google Play Billing; we receive purchase entitlements, not your card details.
App permissions data: only data accessed through permissions the app requests and you grant (each Play listing documents its permissions).
Cookies and web technologies: the website/blog may use cookies or similar storage for preferences and basic analytics where applicable.

3. How We Use Information

Operate, maintain, and improve the Apps and website.
Fix bugs, measure performance, and ensure compatibility.
Serve and measure advertising in free ad-supported Apps.
Process purchases, subscriptions, and entitlements via Google Play.
Provide support and respond to deletion, refund, or legal requests.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Google Play Data Safety Mapping (Support, Not a Declaration)

Use this section to prepare each app's Data Safety form. Map per app: data collected → purpose → required vs optional → shared with whom → purpose of sharing → deletion availability → security practices (e.g. encryption in transit, access controls). Do not invent declarations: complete the Data Safety Form according to each app's real behavior. An offline app (no internet permission) declares no collection/sharing; an ad-supported app declares identifiers/advertising as its SDKs require.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only as needed and as disclosed per app:

Service providers: hosting, crash reporting, analytics, or support tooling, bound by confidentiality and purpose limits.
Advertising providers: in free ad-supported Apps (e.g. Google AdMob or similar), identifiers and ad interactions may be processed to serve and measure ads under their policies.
Payment processing: Google Play processes transactions under Google's terms.
Legal and safety: where required by law, court order, fraud prevention, or protection of rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information.

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to each app's risk profile (e.g. transport encryption where networked, least-privilege access, dependency updates). No method is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and this policy makes no such guarantee.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above: on-device data persists until you clear or uninstall; support correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve requests; purchase entitlement records are kept per accounting and legal needs. Where retention is legally required (tax, fraud prevention, security logs), data is kept for that period and then deleted or anonymized. See Data Deletion.

8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Request access, correction, or deletion of applicable personal data: contactus@mdtechnology.online.
Reset the Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in Android Settings (affects ad-supported Apps).
Uninstall an App to stop further collection by that App; revoke permissions in system settings.
International users: rights vary by jurisdiction; we respond in line with applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

Different applications may have different target audiences. Our Apps are general-audience unless a listing states otherwise; they are not designed to knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Parents/guardians may contact us to review or delete a child's data. Where an application is specifically designed for children, that app will carry additional disclosures and follow applicable child-privacy and Google Play Families requirements.

10. International Users and Transfers

The Developer is based in India and serves users worldwide. Where data is processed using cloud, analytics, advertising, or support providers, it may be transferred to and processed in other countries with different data-protection laws. We use providers with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards where applicable.

11. Changes to This Policy

We update this page centrally with a new version number and Last Updated date. Material changes are announced here; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. App-specific changes appear in the affected Play listing where practicable.

12. Compliance Note

These pages support compliance but do not guarantee that any application automatically complies with Google Play policies. Each application must independently comply with applicable Google Play policies, applicable laws, and its actual data practices.
