These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all applications, software, products, and services operated or published by Jayshil Mahadev Deshmukh. They apply across multiple Android apps published under this developer account, including MD Calculator and any future apps. Certain applications may have additional or app-specific disclosures where required by the app’s features, permissions, data practices, target audience, payment functionality, applicable law, or platform requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age in your country (at least 13 where permitted) and have the legal capacity to agree. Apps with a child-directed audience carry additional disclosures; general-audience Apps are not directed to children.

3. License and Permitted Use

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use each App on your personal Android device for lawful, non-commercial use, as permitted by its Google Play listing. All rights not granted are reserved to Jayshil Mahadev Deshmukh.

4. Prohibited Use and User Responsibilities

No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful use; no malware, spam, or interference with App operation, billing, or ads delivery.
No reverse engineering, decompiling, modified clients, or circumvention of technical protections.
You are responsible for your device, backups where appropriate, device security, using a compatible version, verifying important information before relying on it, and complying with applicable laws.

5. Free Apps With Ads · Paid Apps Without Ads

Free apps may contain third-party ads (e.g. Google AdMob or similar). Do not block or interfere with ads delivery in free Apps.
Paid apps contain no third-party ads. Separate free/lite editions may still show ads.
Purchases, in-app purchases, and subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing; Google’s purchase/refund policies may apply. We do not collect card details.

6. Accuracy, Bugs, Updates, Availability

Apps may contain errors, inaccurate results, or bugs. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features; updates may be required to continue use. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation, device compatibility in every configuration, or availability during network, API, cloud, or third-party outages. Internet-dependent features require connectivity; offline-capable Apps state so in their listing.

7. Third-Party Services and External Links

Apps may use third-party SDKs, APIs, hosting, analytics, advertising, or payment providers. Those services have their own terms and policies, operate outside our direct control, and their failure may affect functionality. We claim no specific provider unless actually used and disclosed per app.

8. User-Generated Content

Where applicable, you retain rights in content you submit and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process it solely to operate the App. Do not submit content you lack rights to. We may remove violating content.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, App software, website, branding, logos, graphics, text, original content, designs, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws (copyright, trademarks). 10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Apps by uninstalling. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for violations, legal requirements, or discontinuation. IP, warranty, liability, and governing-law provisions survive.

11. Changes to Services and Terms

We may change services and version these Terms centrally with a new Last Updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; material adverse changes get reasonable advance notice here or in the affected listing where practicable.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Apps are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, continuous or error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify important information independently. See the Disclaimer.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jayshil Mahadev Deshmukh shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential losses, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data loss or corruption, device/software issues, bugs, inaccurate results, interruptions, downtime, network/internet/API/cloud failures, unauthorized access, misuse, compatibility problems, delays, or decisions based on App information — subject to applicable law and non-excludable rights. Aggregate liability is limited where legally permissible: free Apps to $0.00; paid purchases to amounts actually paid in the preceding 12 months. Full framework: Limitation of Liability.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from claims arising from your misuse or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Disputes go to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India where permitted; parties should first attempt good-faith resolution via contactus@mdtechnology.online.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

Unenforceable provisions are narrowed minimally; the rest continues. These Terms plus the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund Policy, Data Deletion page, Play listing terms, and any app-specific disclosure form the entire agreement for the Apps.

17. Compliance Note

These documents support compliance but do not guarantee automatic Google Play approval. Each application must independently comply with applicable Google Play policies, applicable laws, and its actual data practices.
