This policy distinguishes free apps, paid apps, in-app purchases, and subscriptions. We do not promise refunds we cannot legally or technically control. Where Google Play processes the transaction, Google’s applicable purchase and refund policies may apply in addition to this policy.
1. Free Apps
Free Apps (including ad-supported free Apps) involve no purchase price and therefore no refund. Ads in free Apps are not purchases and are non-refundable.
2. Paid Apps
Paid-App purchases are fulfilled and refunded under Google Play’s policies. Request refunds through your Google Play order history or Google Play support within their stated windows. We cannot directly refund Google Play charges or override Google’s decision.
3. In-App Purchases
Consumable and non-consumable in-app purchases follow the same rule: Google Play controls fulfillment and refunds. Contact us at support@mdtechnology.online with your order number if an entitlement did not unlock — we will investigate, but monetary refunds remain subject to Google Play.
4. Subscriptions and Cancellation
- Subscriptions auto-renew per their plan until cancelled in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; already-billed periods are handled under Google Play’s refund rules.
- Deleting the App or your account does not itself cancel a subscription — cancel in Google Play.
5. How to Request Help
Email support@mdtechnology.online with the app name, order number, purchase date, and issue description. We respond within a reasonable time and direct Play-billed refunds to Google where applicable.
