This page states our liability framework plainly. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer, privacy, statutory, and other non-excludable rights are fully preserved.
1. Excluded Categories (To the Maximum Extent Permitted by Applicable Law)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jayshil Mahadev Deshmukh shall not be liable for: direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill; data loss or corruption; device or software issues; bugs or errors; inaccurate results; service interruption, downtime, delays, or temporary unavailability; network, internet, API, or cloud failures; third-party service failures; unauthorized access; user misuse; compatibility problems; security incidents (subject to applicable law); or user decisions based on App information.
2. Aggregate Cap (Where Legally Permissible)
- Free Apps: total aggregate liability capped at $0.00.
- Paid Apps / purchases: total aggregate liability capped at amounts actually paid for the relevant App or purchase in the 12 months preceding the claim.
3. Essential Purpose and Remedies
If an exclusive remedy fails of its essential purpose, the caps above still apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App and, for Play-billed purchases, to seek remedies available under Google Play policies.

Read with the Terms & Conditions (§§12–13) and Disclaimer. In case of conflict on liability, this page’s lawful caps control unless applicable law requires otherwise.
